Any order is only taken into account after bank transfer. After bank transfer, an order confirmation email will be sent to you with your package tracking number as part of the shipment.

Product availability

Prices and invoices

Payment and security

Payment for purchases is made by bank transfer from account to account. Our bank details will be sent to you upon confirmation of the order. Sarl Mppr is domiciled at Crédit Agricole de Perros-Guirec (22700)

You must provide the following information:

Overall, if you are domiciled with agricultural credit, the transfer is made within 24 hours. For interbank transfers, it takes 1 or 2 additional days. These transfers do not entail any additional costs.

Right to retract

In accordance with the provisions of article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify a reason. The starting point of the deadline is the day of confirmation of the ORDER. If the 14-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Mon p'tit pull rayé of your decision to withdraw, before the expiry of the period by sending an e-mail to mpprsarl@gmail.com specifying the reference of the order.

In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period, only the price of the product (s) purchased will be refunded to the customer upon receipt of the package.
The return costs will be borne by you.
In accordance with Article L.221-23 of the Consumer Code, you have a maximum legal period of 14 days from the date of withdrawal to return the product (s). The product (s) must be returned in new condition (unworn, undamaged, undamaged or soiled) and must not have been used for a long time (beyond the time required for their test). Return items

The return costs will be borne by you and only the total amount of the returned products will be exchanged. If the deadline of 15 clear days is exceeded, returns will be refused.

In the event of a return respecting the conditions mentioned above, Mon p'tit pull stripé will exchange the returned products within 10 days of the return of the items at the latest. We do not make refunds.

Responsibility

Mon p'tit sweater striped has, for all stages of access to the site and the ordering process, an obligation of means.

The responsibility of Mon p'tit pull rayé cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet network, in particular a break in service, an external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses, or any fact qualified as force majeure, in accordance with case law. Legal guarantees

Legal guarantee of conformity and guarantee of hidden defects:

The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (article L 217-4 and following of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (article 1641 and following of the Civil Code). Any warranty is excluded in the event of damage of external origin or resulting from misuse, improper use, negligence or lack of maintenance on the part of the Customer, as in the event of normal wear and tear of the product.

- Article L217-4 (product conformity) of the Consumer Code

- Article L217-9 of the Consumer Code

- Article 1648 paragraph 1 of the Civil Code
